A growing consumer products organization is seeking an experienced AR/Cash Analyst to join its Accounting & Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, solving reconciliation challenges, and ensuring the accuracy of financial operations.

The AR/Cash Analyst will play a critical role in managing cash applications, accounts receivable reconciliations, collections support, and credit administration. This position partners closely with Accounting, Customer Experience, Operations, Sales, and Technology teams to ensure customer transactions, cash activity, and financial records are accurate and up to date.

The AR/Cash Analyst will spend a significant portion of their day reconciling high-volume eCommerce transactions and matching customer payment activity to bank deposits and ERP records. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate discrepancies while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

During peak holiday periods, transaction volumes increase substantially, making organization, accuracy, and efficiency essential to success.

• Reconcile daily eCommerce transaction activity to bank deposits and ERP records
• Download, organize, and manipulate transaction data for reconciliation purposes
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to cash receipts, refunds, fees, and chargebacks
• Investigate payment variances and identify root causes
• Partner with internal teams to resolve transactional issues and improve processes
• Maintain accurate records and reconciliation documentation

• Process daily accounts receivable activity
• Apply customer payments accurately and timely
• Research unapplied cash and invoice discrepancies
• Resolve customer deductions and payment exceptions
• Ensure account balances are accurate within the ERP system

• Monitor aging reports and outstanding balances
• Communicate with customers regarding overdue invoices
• Support collection efforts and dispute resolution
• Maintain detailed account notes and follow-up records

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, Credit, Collections, or a related accounting function
• Experience working within Net Suite or a similar ERP system
• Strong experience reconciling high-volume transactional data
• Intermediate Excel skills including:
  • VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP
  • Pivot Tables
  • Data filtering and manipulation
  • Working with large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Net Suite experience
• Shopify experience
• eCommerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business experience
• Wholesale/B2B customer experience
• Consumer products, apparel, footwear, outdoor, or retail industry experience
• Experience handling deductions, chargebacks, and payment disputes
• Exposure to credit reviews and month-end accounting processes
