• Provide top-level review of federal and multi-state income tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and individuals and related work papers
• Perform technical research and write correspondences
• Lead and trains teams of staff, seniors and managers
• Oversee planning and scheduling of engagements
• Create engagement budgets and in charge of billings
