Position: Project Coordinator Tower Construction- Denver, CO

Base Pay Range

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Overview

Project coordinators assist project managers and teams with coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Project Activity/Tasks: responsible for coordination of any necessary project related tasks and activities, including:
    • Requests, organizes, maintains, and routes (as needed) project files/documentation which may include permits, work orders (WO’s), notice to proceeds (NTP’s), notice of commencements (NOC’s), notice of terminations (NOT’s), bill of materials (BOM’s), deployment packages, related notifications, personnel assigned to site, letters of consent, close‑out requirements, and special inspection letters.
    • Prioritizing project sites and tasks to ensure schedule deadlines are met.
    • Requests and reviews site surveys and construction drawings, tracks revisions to construction plans.
    • Coordinates utility provider processes and assures timely delivery of services; obtains related application statuses from local jurisdictions.
    • Responsible for scheduling final site inspections with local jurisdictions.
    • Prepares, updates, and/or maintains project trackers as directed.
    • Assists with the preparation of close‑out package (COP) documentation to include all utilities, ensuring COPs are produced in alignment with Betacom quality standards and contain all necessary items prior to release.
  • Pulls SM (Site Manager) reports, retrieves and/or uploads necessary documentation.
  • Confirms receipt of appropriate permits and approvals prior to initiating notice to proceed (NTP).
  • Coordinates releases and initiates NTP’s.
  • Responsible for confirming with field or conducting final site inspections.
  • Coordinates and provides subcontractor requirements.
  • Coordinates and issues department crew member schedules to crew members, related staff, and management team.
  • Provides status reports as requested to customer representatives, notifying client of issues/concerns with project including the company’s plan to address.
  • Provides site information to third‑party vendors regarding site conditions, specifications, etc.
  • Completes construction drawings and close‑out package release(s) to client.
  • Direct interface with client for power applications.
  • Communicates with client regularly, ensuring project deadlines are met and obtains site acceptance verification from client.
Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities
  • Working knowledge of tower site requirements and specifications.
  • Knowledge in site development processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Skilled in courteous, professional written and oral communication.
  • Ability to complete work effectively with little or no direction.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with co‑workers and various business contacts in a courteous, professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 2–3 years of industry‑related experience in a similar role (required).
  • Previous experience working with project trackers, change orders, close‑out packages and construction drawings (required).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (required).
  • High attention to detail with ability to organize and prioritize tasks and documentation.
  • Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook (required).
Physical Demands
  • The employee must regularly work at a desktop or laptop computer. Typing and vision will be used constantly.
Work Environment
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
