" + "Role Overview" + "This Program Assistant provides high‑level administrative and technical support to the Quality Assurance Youth Services (QAYS) and Health Facilities Quality Assurance (HFQA) units. Duties include managing office operations, coordinating meetings, handling travel and budget documentation, maintaining databases, and supporting the division director and supervisors.

- Support the QAYS supervisor and HFQA team with office procedures, correspondence, and special projects. " + "
- Coordinate and schedule division meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities. " + "
- Prepare and distribute compliance review reports and track related communications. " + "
- Manage travel reimbursements, supply ordering, personnel action forms, and budget correspondence. " + "
- Maintain and administer databases and record‑keeping systems (Smart Sheets, Google Suites). Produce reports and manage dashboards. " + "
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, including agency partners and community stakeholders. " + "
- Assist with vehicle maintenance, motor pool requests, and technology equipment management. " + "
- Participate in campus committees and contribute to safety and security initiatives. " + "
- Perform additional duties as assigned. " + "

- Five (5) years administrative experience, including at least one year in a residential treatment, healthcare, or correctional environment, and at least two years working with content management (data/dashboard development, electronic document storage). " + "
- OR a combination of related education and experience equal to five (5) years. " + "

- Strong written communication skills. " + "
- Critical thinking skills. " + "

- Standard background checks: CBI name check, ICON Colorado court database, Medicare fraud database, reference checks, professional license verification, and drug screening. " + "
- Former state employees who were terminated or resigned in lieu of termination must disclose the reason and provide the employee number. " + "
