Legal Resource Assistant –
Arnold & Porter (Denver Office).
Arnold & Porter is looking for a Legal Resource Assistant to provide administrative support for attorneys and other legal personnel in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. The position will work full‑time 100% in the Denver office, supporting a variety of practice groups.
Responsibilities- Skillfully prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents and emails.
- Assist in all facets of trials, depositions, client meetings, and case strategy meetings; organize exhibits, notebooks, charts, graphs, memorandums, and other legal documents as well as visual aids.
- Manage attorneys’ Outlook calendars and arrange conference and virtual meetings on platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Track, enter, and process expenses and invoices through Chrome River.
- Coordinate and schedule attorney travel.
- Organize, route, and archive incoming mail.
- Maintain awareness of attorneys' caseloads and statuses.
- Establish and maintain attorneys' files in electronic and hard‑copy format.
- Maintain attorneys’ state and federal court admissions and renewals current.
- Work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other firm applications to complete specific assignments.
- Onboard and manage new clients and matters.
- Review, edit, and finalize firm invoices to clients.
- Collaborate with accounting and e‑billing teams to initiate and maintain proper client billing procedures.
- A minimum of a high‑school diploma; a four‑year or two‑year degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, various databases, and internet research.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately.
- Proficiency with standard office procedures in a team/collaborative environment.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary.
The base salary for this position is $48,800. As a non‑exempt position, the role is eligible for overtime. The firm may provide a discretionary bonus annually. For benefits information, please click
