Compensation:

  • $50,000/year

Company and Position Overview:

Our client is a national industry trade association in the agricultural sector with headquarters in Englewood, Colorado. The Marketing & Program Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support and assist in coordinating projects. This position is designed to provide administrative support, program coordination, and department communication. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the industry and agricultural trade

This position requires working in the office 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday (start time can be between 7:00-8:30 AM).

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support (60%)

  • Provide scheduling, meeting, and travel support for staff and consultants.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and newsletters.
  • Maintain files, records, and databases to ensure timely reporting and compliance.
  • Support event logistics, including registrations, materials, and follow-up.

Project Coordination (30%)

  • Assist in coordinating wool marketing and promotion programs, both domestic and international.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Communicate with consultants, industry partners, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Gather and compile data, survey responses, or market information to support program decisions.

Communications (10%)

  • Proofing and input for newsletters, website, and social media.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and promotional materials.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Agriculture, Marketing, Communications, or related field) OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital platforms (social media, CMS, Canva/Adobe tools a plus). Knowledge of website platforms, Word Press, and databases.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Interest in agriculture, livestock, or textiles is strongly preferred
