Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant who will be responsible for managing the Under Contract process. Efficiently managing dates and deadlines to ensure the files progress smoothly and create a positive experience for the client. High sense of urgency and a solution-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for effectively managing a pipeline daily, providing updates to clients and real estate agents, and being proactive on issues that could arise within the file.

You will be analyzing applicant credit information, reviewing income and asset documents, and keeping clients and real estate agents updated throughout the process. Customer service and follow-up skills should be exceptional to provide the best experience possible for all parties. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

• Meet branch objectives specific to the Under Contract process
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Put together a clean initial file submission to Underwriting with all necessary documentation
• Gather any additional documentation needed for pre-qualification
• Complete and maintain branch-assigned checklists, file set-up, and analysis within allotted branch deadlines
• Exceptional communication and follow-up skills with referral partners, clients, and internal team members
• Manage dates and deadlines to ensure files in process stay on track and close on time

• Strong knowledge of Encopass
• Proficiency in running LP and DU
• Ability to pre-qualify clients and structure loan files
• Must exhibit a positive attitude and be a team player
• Strong focus on customer service and dedication to delivering exceptional service
• Strong guideline knowledge
• Solid understanding of various loan programs
• Ability to think outside the box

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year plus bonus
