Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant / Office Support team member to join us year‑round in our Lakewood, Colorado office. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys organization, working with people, and learning how a professional services firm operates.

This role supports day‑to‑day office operations, assists clients, and helps keep our workflows running smoothly. Some prior office or administrative experience is helpful, but we are happy to train the right person.

Client & Office Support

  • Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email
  • Help manage scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Respond to basic client questions and route requests to the right team member
  • Maintain organized client files (digital and physical)
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment tracking

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Support the team with daily office tasks and workflow organization
  • Help keep office supplies and shared spaces organized
  • Prepare simple correspondence and client communications
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed, such as data entry
  • Follow confidentiality and data security procedures

Required

  • Some prior office, administrative, customer service, or similar experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar tools
  • Friendly, professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established processes

Helpful but Not Required

  • Experience with administrative support
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Tax Dome, or other CRMs
  • Experience in a tax, accounting, or professional services environment
