Employment type:
Part‑time, not to exceed 24 hours per week. Onsite, three days per week in Denver, CO.
Regional Office Coordinator provides direct administrative support to the Senior Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Supports the field for all onboarding activities for new team members (equipment, system requests, educational materials, etc.) and assists with large‑scale meetings in partnership with the HSG national team.
- Manages all administrative support for ROD (letters, memos, faxes).
- Coordinates and arranges conference calls, gathers data, and prepares information such as proposals, bids, and state walk‑throughs of facilities.
- Coordinated new annual off‑site meetings.
- Arranges travel plans for the Senior Director.
- Monitors and manages office supplies, educational materials, and equipment needs.
- Manages calendar and coordinates meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Reconciles and tracks expense reports.
- Assists with creating presentations as requested.
- Handles special projects on an as‑needed and sometimes urgent basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Complies with DaVita policies and procedures, as well as all state and federal regulations for patient care and services (Medicare, HIPAA, OSHA, JCAHO, etc.).
- Complies with state or federal regulations of the Injury Prevention and Safety Training Program.
- Able to work overtime with little or no notice.
- Able to travel when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree or professional secretarial certification a plus.
- 2–3 years of previous office coordinator experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum one year experience as an administrative assistant strongly preferred.
- Minimum typing speed of 60–75 wpm.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required);
Business Map, Geofinder Mapping Software, Expensable, Sidekick or Palm Pilot (preferred).
