About Our ClientAddison Group is partnering with a well-established organization to hire an Office Manager for their Denver office. Our client offers a professional, fast‑paced environment and is seeking a reliable, organized individual to support daily operations and leadership.
Job DescriptionThe Office Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day functions of the office and serve as a central point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors. This role requires a hands‑on professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming and well‑organized workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to senior leadership
- Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and overall presentation
- Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, vendor visits, and presentations
- Order and manage office, kitchen, and operational supplies
Assist with onboarding support and benefits‑related administrative tasks
- 5+ years of experience in office administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Fully In-Office
