Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

General description of main/primary duties and responsibilities of the job, aptitude, level of complexity, span of control, autonomy, decision making and judgement. It is central and necessary to the satisfactory performance of the job. Includes the following and other duties as assigned.

  • Provide good customer service by answering general division order questions from the owner relations hotline and email. Escalate irregular or complex requests to the appropriate analyst in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain owner identifiers in both Land and Accounting systems.
  • Prepare, sort and mail division orders to interest owners.
  • Process executed division orders by recording returned dates and making necessary changes to owner number such as address and Tax Identification Numbers (TIN) in the database.
  • Complete general administrative duties like scan documents, make labels, data entry, make copies and file.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Under General Supervision, This Position Will

Qualifications

Education, Experience, Licensure (minimum level required)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Core Competencies
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word and Excel and basic knowledge of Adobe products.
  • Basic use/operation of standard office equipment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy with data entry.
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to understand and follow instruction, procedures, policies and maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to follow-up and meet established deadlines.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Able to help, support and work effectively within a team.
  • Capacity to work independently with some supervision.
  • Demonstrate high ethical and professional behavior and decision making.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Functions as an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities.
