Front Desk & Treatment Coordinator – Orthodontic Office (Denver, CO)

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to join our orthodontic practice in Denver! This position serves as the first point of contact for patients and families, creating a warm and professional experience from the moment they arrive.

The primary focus of this role is front desk and administrative support, including greeting and checking in patients, answering and routing calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and verifying and updating patient and insurance information. The right candidate will help ensure the daily schedule runs smoothly, communicate effectively with patients and team members, and maintain an efficient, welcoming front office.

This team member will also be cross-trained as a Treatment Coordinator, assisting with new patient consultations and treatment presentations when needed. Responsibilities may include preparing patient charts and records, reviewing treatment recommendations, coordinating follow-up appointments, and guiding patients through financial and scheduling steps. You’ll play a key role in helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their orthodontic care.

We’re looking for someone who is team-oriented, detail-driven, and proactive—someone who enjoys working closely with both patients and coworkers to create a seamless, positive experience from the front desk to the treatment chair.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in a front desk, dental receptionist, or customer service role

Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

Positive, supportive team culture

Patient-centered environment focused on excellent care and experience

Growth opportunity through cross-training in treatment coordination

Rewarding role that combines organization, communication, and patient interaction
