We are looking for a high-energy, polished professional who thrives on variety and takes pride in being the "go-to" person for both guests and employees.

Reports To: The Receptionist will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership.

Expertly route global calls and handle sensitive inquiries with absolute discretion and a "business-first" attitude.
  • Access Control

Act as the gatekeeper for facility security, issuing badges and managing access cards with meticulous detail.
  • Operational Ninja
    :
You’re a team player who isn’t afraid to jump in where needed. You’ll be cross-trained in Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities Support to keep the office running at peak performance.
  • Event & Meeting Support
    :
From ordering top-tier catering to setting up high-tech conference rooms, you ensure every meeting goes off without a hitch.
  • Workspace Curator
    :
Keep the reception, barista, and pantry areas looking pristine and fully stocked
Who You Are:
  • Customer-Obsessed
    :

  • Experience
: 1–3 years of professional experience (Reception, Concierge, or High-end Retail/Hospitality strongly preferred).
  • Physical Agility
