* Assist in managing the store’s workflow effectively and efficiently.
* Identify any critical customer issues and develop a plan of action for the day.
* Supervise and direct service employees.
* Effectively manage a high volume of work.
* Ensure that all carry-over vehicles have a plan to completion.  Requirements:
* Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
* High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
* The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase product knowledge should be evident.
* Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
* Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
