Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Location: Denver, CO (serving the Colorado Front Range)

, we believe in teamwork, innovation, and building long-term client relationships. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to manage client accounts, ensure top-quality service, and drive growth through enhancements and renewals.

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients in the Southern Denver region. Your role will focus on:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to client concerns within 48 hours and resolve issues promptly.
• Secure annual renewals and maintain client retention goals (92% portfolio retention).

• Conduct property inspections and ensure all services meet contract standards.
• Coordinate with Field Supervisors, Operations, and Admin staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee contracts and budgets, ensuring compliance and profitability.
• Support snow removal services and respond to after‑hours emergencies as needed.

• Proactively identify and propose enhancements, extras, and water‑right projects (up to $5,000, with leadership approval).
• Collaborate with Business Developers to achieve sales goals and drive portfolio growth.

Must-Have:

• Strong organizational and communication skills; outgoing and client-focused.
• Knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, and basic irrigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Sales or account management experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• 5+ years of landscape/related experience OR degree in Landscape Horticulture.

Preferred:

• Experience leading client accounts in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Competitive hourly rate: $24.50 – $29.00 per hour (DOE)

• Standard workweek with occasional evening and weekend hours to meet expectations.
• Work location is in‑person.
• Occasional outdoor fieldwork.
• Company vehicle provided after 60 days, including for personal commutes.

• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
• Ability to lift/move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
