As the Senior Manager, Sales Operations, you will partner with Sales Leadership as a thought partner and advisor to achieve revenue goals and improve sales productivity for our North America and LATAM teams. You will lead a team that drives forecasting accuracy, the 13‑week operational cadence, sales performance optimization, pipeline management, and process improvement. The role requires a deep understanding of SaaS, data‑driven thinking, and business‑mindset execution.
What you’ll be doing- Act as a business partner to the SVP of Sales.
- Manage the Sales Operations Managers for the NAMER and LATAM regions.
- Lead the regional sales operations team to manage key sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and cross‑functional pipeline councils.
- Provide analytics and strategic support for quarterly business reviews.
- Oversee regional sales forecasting and provide valuable insight into geographic performance.
- Drive ramp‑to‑revenue initiatives and visibility to leaders, developing action plans to improve AE attainment and full‑rep participation.
- Develop and project‑manage sales strategies and initiatives required to drive business growth.
- Uncover leading and lagging indicators of sales performance and predictability to guide success.
- Support implementation and adoption of new technologies (e.g., value‑selling tools).
- Provide accurate and real‑time data to monitor business performance.
- Support Sales Operations managers with territory carving and ramp‑to‑revenue activities.
- 6+ years experience in Sales Operations, GTM Operations, and/or business analytics.
- Salesforce knowledge: complex dashboards and reports, custom report types, calculated fields, workflows.
- Experience managing Sales Operations managers and analysts, driving significant improvements in sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional quantitative and Google‑Sheets skills.
- Experience working closely with senior leaders in a SaaS B2B business.
- Get‑it‑done mindset and a willingness to try new things and tackle complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work on complex business issues with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Hiring Compensation Range: $150,000 – $187,000 USD. Eligibility for equity and additional benefits is also included.
