We’re seeking a Manager, Sales to oversee a team of Mid-Market and Large Market Account Executives responsible for driving new business growth within Absence Soft’s B2B SaaS environment. This role provides hands‑on leadership, coaching, performance management, and operational rigor to ensure attainment of revenue goals and high‑quality sales execution. Partnering closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Product, this role plays a critical part in scaling and optimizing Absence Soft’s sales engine while developing the next generation of sales talent.

What

you’ll do
  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Mid‑Market and Large Market Account Executives to achieve individual and team quota objectives
  • Oversee day‑to‑day sales activities, including pipeline development, opportunity management, and forecasting accuracy
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and performance assessments to support skill development and accountability
  • Implement and reinforce standardized sales processes, methodologies, and best practices across the team
  • Partner with Sales Operations to analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure campaign alignment, lead quality, and healthy pipeline coverage
  • Work closely with Product and Revenue leadership to share market feedback and inform product strategy and positioning
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and guide AE strategies to differentiate Absence Soft’s value proposition
  • Drive consistent usage and optimization of CRM tools and sales technologies
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of Account Executives to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Ensure adherence to ethical selling standards, compliance requirements, and internal policies
  • Represent the Sales organization in cross‑functional initiatives supporting revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Participate in a highly compliant environment and assist in maintaining company security and compliance controls
  • Other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring
  • 2–4 years of experience managing Account Executive teams in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong expertise in pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and forecasting
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
  • Ability to deliver effective coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Experience evaluating sales processes and implementing operational improvements
