DaVita Kidney Care is looking for an Analytics Analyst to join our People Insights & Analytics team in Denver, Colorado. This role will compile complex data sets, produce ongoing regular reporting, generate insights, and help draw conclusions and recommendations about DaVita’s business using people data.

• Identify trends and propose potential analysis for insights.
• Make recommendations aligned with business goals and strategy.
• Participate in projects and programs with people data, prioritizing work based on changing demands.
• Create effective visualizations tailored to the context of the data and the audience.
• Seek to improve processes and programs.
• Ensure the integrity of sensitive, confidential data.
• Develop proficiency in tools such as Excel, Workday (or other HRIS), SQL, Tableau, or other reporting and analysis platforms.
• Explain complex, technical issues in a simple, effective way.
• Collaborate, guide, and provide expertise to internal business partners.
• Develop presentations for audiences at varied skill levels, telling a story with the data.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders within and outside of the team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, mathematics, statistics, psychology or another quantitative or management-related field.
• 1+ year of experience in a business environment, gathering and using data to solve business problems; management consulting experience is a plus.
• Experience with database querying and understanding of relational database design, SQL and/or Workday.
• Experience working with multiple data sources to generate insights from analyses, answer questions, create solutions, and manipulate large data sets to provide metrics for projects, programs, and efforts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience collaborating on project teams, managing relationships with clients, and presenting to audiences.
• Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• 1+ year of related Human Resources experience is preferred.
