Associate Brand Manager – Atkins Portfolio
We’re looking for an energetic Associate Brand Manager to support our Atkins brand. In this role you will lead the planning, execution and analysis of various business initiatives while owning a subline within the Atkins portfolio. You will play a key role in understanding the health of the business and identifying growth opportunities. You will gain broad exposure to all functional activities on the Atkins business, including consumer insights, supply chain planning, research & development and finance with significant contact with our Executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Own a subline within the Atkins portfolio and champion growth opportunities.
- Utilize consumption/panel & shipment data, sales performance and financial analysis to understand key business metrics and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proactively partner with Circana, Numerator and consumer insights to analyze deeper business questions.
- Assist in the development of new products, pack sizes and packaging from conception to launch – collaborate with cross‑functional teams on formulation, product feasibility validation, packaging development and sales execution.
- Present and gain alignment from Sr. Leadership through the Stage‑Gate process.
- Ensure marketing strategies and goals are communicated cross‑functionally and executed across all touchpoints.
- Support execution of retailer and consumer marketing campaigns and activities, including ROI analysis.
- Maintain packaging labels accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct special projects, analysis and trackers as required.
- Develop and present marketing and innovation briefs for new initiatives.
- Develop and manage marketing budget and product P&Ls.
- Leverage data to make informed decisions regarding marketing investments and priorities.
- Strong data storytelling and quantitative background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Intellectual curiosity, learning agility and strategic thinking.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Exceptional time‑management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of professional marketing experience (CPG industry highly preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of brand management experience; food category preferred.
- Experience with syndicated data (Circana and/or Nielsen) required.
- Experience translating data into actionable insights.
- Experience leading cross‑functional projects and timelines.
