  • Support operations through documentation, SOPs, and templates
  • Help scale how we serve clients through repeatable systems

Our clients include early-stage and fast-growing companies preparing for funding rounds, building scalable models, or planning strategic exits. You’ll be on the front lines of what it takes to go from growing to unlocking real value.

Client Work (60%)

  • Build & update dashboards and monthly reporting (Google Sheets + Excel)
  • Analyze financial performance, cash flow, and key KPIs
  • Pull and interpret reports from Quick Books Online
  • Prepare client meeting materials and track deliverables
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking as needed

Internal Operations (40%)

  • Create and maintain SOPs for recurring client work
  • Build templates for dashboards, forecasts, and reports
  • Support implementation of client tracking tools and internal metrics
  • Identify and implement process improvements to scale our service delivery
Who You Are
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, consulting, accounting, or startup operations
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (bonus if you’ve built models from scratch)
  • Fluency in Quick Books
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, through a finance lens
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed/motivated, and highly organized
  • Creative Problem-Solver
  • Comfortable working async, managing your own workflow, and adapting as we grow
  • Located in or near Denver (strongly preferred)
Preferred Background
  • Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Prior internships or roles supporting early-stage companies
  • Experience with financial modeling, reporting, or operations
  • Exposure to collaborative tools like Notion, Slack, G-Suite
Compensation
  • $30–$50/hr based on experience
  • ~20 hrs/week, flexible remote work
  • 1099 contract (initial 3-month engagement with potential for full-time)
  • Direct mentorship from the Founder and Fractional CFO
  • Opportunity to grow with a firm building scalable financial systems for modern entrepreneurs
How to Apply
  • Submit your resume and explain the following: why this role interests you and what excites you about working with emerging companies

  • Additionally, please provide an attachment with the following: dashboard, model, or process you’ve built that you're proud of
