• Perform daily invoicing of all completed work orders and parts sales.
• Receive parts into inventory software system.
• Assist Station Manager in coordinating parts orders.
• Assist Station Manager in maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Establish and maintain a file system.
• Assist Station Manager in performing accurate and on time EOM close reports.
• Responsible for overall appearance of office area.
• Assist Station Manager in collecting aging receivables.
• Submit daily sales and productivity reports.
• Communicate potential new business opportunities to Station Manager.
• Perform data entry into customers maintenance programs as required.
• Assist Station Manager in processing vendor invoices to corporate office.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED required;
  Associates degree preferred.
• Years of experience: 0‑2 years required.
• Software knowledge:
  Microsoft Office applications.
• PC literate and strong word‑processing skills.
• Ability to obtain an Airport SIDA Badge.

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only.

Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $32,300 - $54,600 per year. Applications are accepted for this position on an ongoing basis.
