Partner Success Manager, Digital Partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding for new partners and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth process.
  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert for handoff from Business Development to project and implementation teams.
  • Partner across the organization to resolve technical issues and maintain business continuity.
  • Analyze partner performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Document processes, decisions, and deliverables in an organized manner.
  • Lead partner meetings, calls, and relationship growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in partner management, account management, or customer success within the payment/fintech space.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech landscape, including partner integration models.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills for partner meetings and calls.
  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365 applications and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
