With major expansion to our client base and use cases, we are seeking a Private Equity Client Senior Associate to support our clients in the successful deployment of our solution.

As a Private Equity Client Senior Associate at CEPRES, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing success of our solutions, tailored to meet sophisticated client requirements and complex project plans. In addition to overseeing the integration of CEPRES with existing systems and third-party applications, you will provide strategic insights, deliver advanced training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous client success.

Your leadership and expertise will be pivotal in enhancing our client relationships and expanding our market footprint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of CEPRES solutions according to client specifications and project timelines.

• Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and customize solutions accordingly.

• Develop strategic implementation roadmaps and ensure alignment with client business objectives.

• Provide expert guidance based on best practices.

• Supervise and manage the integration of CEPRES with existing systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and operation.

• Address and resolve integration challenges and optimize system performance as needed.

• Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures to ensure uninterrupted service.

• Serve as the senior point of contact for client inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.

• Design and conduct advance training sessions tailored to client needs, equip clients with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the CEPRES platform.

• Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing learning and adoption.

Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success and client satisfaction post-implementation.

• Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between internal teams and clients to drive success post-implementation.

• Provide strategic insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.

• Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation, guides, and resources to support clients throughout their journey with CEPRES.

• Regularly update documentation to reflect platform enhancements and changes.

• Ensure documentation quality and accessibility, promoting client self-sufficiency.

• Lead and mentor Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Interns, fostering their development in Private Equity, CEPRES solutions, and broader business operations.

• Provide guidance on task prioritization, timeline management, and project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the team.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing CEPRES' market position and client value proposition.

• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent CEPRES and expand professional connections.

• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and drive business development efforts.

Requirements

Your Profile :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
