Location:

Base Salary: $250K - $300K + commission/bonus/equity
Experience:
years sales & revenue generation in construction & services industry (ideal commercial roofing). Multi‑family/commercial sectors experience. Existing relevant book of business. Will travel extensively.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and grow existing sales teams through mentoring and support to achieve goals
• Build new client relationships to expand into new geographic markets
• Create market strategies, introduce fresh ideas, initiatives, processes and systems
• Manage national and regional account managers and sales managers
