What Will You Be Doing?

The Leaves of Absence (LOA) & Workers’ Compensation Specialist assists in the administration of various Leave of Absence (LOA) programs (e.g. Military, FMLA, Medical, OJI) and Workers’ Compensation program. The Specialist also assists in administration of the company’s Benefits Billing process for employees on Leave of Absence and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Partners with HR Business Partners to support ADA/Interactive processes.

Maintains both manual and automated personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential statistics and furnishes information to authorized persons and/or agencies.
