Location: Denver Tech Center, CO or Minneapolis St. Paul, MN

Remote: Telework possible 2 days a week

Pay Range: $70-110k annually depending upon experience and qualifications

Job Summary

Supports the understanding of customer needs and market requirements by collecting and summarizing feedback from sales, customers, and industry sources. Assists in documenting and communicating the value proposition for assigned products. Helps coordinate product-related activities across different regions by maintaining product information, tracking performance, and sharing updates with internal teams. Gathers and organizes data related to product costs, performance, and supply chain details to support financial and operational reviews.

Collaborates with teams in research and development, biological science, finance, operations, customer service, and sales to share insights and assist in preparing materials that guide how products are positioned and launched in the market.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities
  • Supports execution of product plans and activities for an assigned product category in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Collects and analyzes product and market data to support product strategy and decision-making.
  • Works closely with customers, sales, and product teams to gather feedback on product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assists with product development trials, customer demos, and pilot programs — coordinating logistics, collecting performance data, and preparing summaries of results.
  • Helps prepare budget-related materials and tracks expenses for product development activities.
  • Maintains an organized database of product information, competitive comparisons, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to document product features and communicate product benefits clearly to marketing and sales.
  • Prepares and delivers product and market training materials for internal teams as needed.
  • Monitors and reports on product performance metrics (KPIs), including sales, usage, and customer feedback.
  • Assists in creating product marketing assets such as sales sheets, presentations, and go‑to‑market materials in partnership with the Marketing team.

  • Strong analytical background with the ability to organize and summarize data to tell a compelling story to different audiences
  • Ability to work well with internal teams, including scientists, developers, engineers, quality assurance, operations, and sales.
  • Effectively communicates requirements and implementation plans match expectations
  • Knowledge of the agriculture industry and a regulated environment
  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional technical writing & presentation skills
  • Ability to manage, execute and summarize trials/demonstrations in a timely manner
  • Appreciation of customer and consumer needs as it relates to fresh produce, floral, and other future technologies
  • Self‑starter that is comfortable with ambiguity and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment to meet business needs
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in strategy, marketing, product or R&D roles
  • Knowledge of technical marketing, managing R&D, pre‑commercial and commercial trials/demonstrations
  • Knowledge of biology, plant physiology, postharvest physiology, food safety and fresh food and flower packaging preferred but not required
  • Experience in business development or writing customer‑facing sales support materials
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
