Crafted Highlights:The Sr Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency by implementing lean methodologies and data-driven strategies. The Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist will work cross-functionally utilizing data to develop and implement new processes.
This position reports to the Operations Director.
What You’ll Deliver:Project Management (30%)
Drive projects that enhance cost efficiency, quality, and delivery performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Partner with managers to allocate resources effectively and streamline project execution.
Provide timely updates, performance metrics, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Organize and lead meetings with internal teams.
Analyze procedures, specifications, and proposals to determine project viability and impact.
Transition workflows from current state to future state and oversee implementation of improvements.
Guide employees in applying Lean tools and root cause analysis techniques (e.g., Fishbone, 5 Whys) to solve problems and sustain improvements.
Conduct regular 5S audits and management reviews to maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to improve Vertique system performance, streamline workflows, and maximize automation efficiency.
