We are seeking an
** Analyst or Associate
** to join our

* ** Engagement Operations
** team, providing global support to Relationship Managers and advisory teams across our U.S. offices, as well as London, Amsterdam, Singapore, and Melbourne. This position will be based in either our Denver, CO or Kennett Square, PA office.
** In this role you will:
** For clients, this will result in a more seamless, consistent experience, higher-quality interactions, and faster delivery of solutions. Additionally, establishing a structured approach to identifying and prioritizing future industry solutions will help ensure the business continues to meet evolving client needs.
2+ years of professional experience in financial services or consulting, with experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related function preferred

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Technology-forward thinker with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Hands-on experience leveraging large language models (LLMs) and AI tools to improve business processes and operational efficiency

Critical thinking with the ability to read and comprehend complex information quickly

Attention to detail but also an ability to synthesize information with a high-level perspective
* For Colorado based candidates, the compensation range for the position is expected to be between $80,000 and $90,000 annually. Total compensation, including base pay, discretionary individual bonus and company bonus, may be higher than the range listed depending on applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
