Role
Director of CAR T Channel Strategy & Operations, leading development and execution of commercial channel infrastructure for CAR T therapy delivery.
Responsibilities:- oversee distribution, third-party logistics (3PL), specialty pharmacy, licensing, government pricing, and channel governance;
- collaborate with Market Access, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and customer-centric operations supporting CAR T commercialization;
- optimize gross-to-net (GTN), evaluate channel economics, manage licensing and regulatory compliance, and support market expansion initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred);
- 10+ years in biotech, pharma, specialty distribution, or related fields with experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, cell, or gene therapies;
- strong knowledge of GTN principles, distribution agreements, and commercial contracting;
- proven ability to develop channel strategies that balance operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
experience with complex therapies like cell or gene therapies, GTN optimization, specialty pharmacy management, regulatory licensing, and government pricing.
Work Setup:remote eligible.
