Key responsibilities- Lead the full lifecycle of digital product development, from ideation to launch to ongoing optimization.

- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketers to develop engaging, high-value online courses, templates, and tools.
- Define product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee the creation of product assets — videos, written content, workbooks, tools — ensuring quality and brand consistency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Set and track product KPIs, using data to guide future iterations.
- Optimize product funnels and user experience for higher engagement and conversions.
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and delivery processes for customers.
- Proven experience managing digital products — ideally in the online education, info-product, or SaaS space.
- Strong understanding of the customer journey and how to design products that deliver transformation.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with product hosting and delivery platforms (Kajabi, Teachable, Skool, or similar).
- Understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and upselling strategies.
- Strong creative problem-solving abilities.
- Bonus:
Experience in instructional design, curriculum creation, or gamification.
- Creative freedom to shape and improve our product portfolio.
- Direct collaboration with the founder and leadership team.
- A high-growth environment where your ideas and execution have immediate impact.
- Full-time remote role with flexibility and autonomy.
