Pax8 is hiring a Go To Market Strategy Director in the United States to help shape commercial growth, accelerate market adoption, and influence strategic business decisions across one of the most exciting areas of our business.

As our Go To Market Strategy Director, you'll partner with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities, evaluate market potential, translate complex data into actionable insights, and help guide commercial decision making.

• Have substantial experience in strategy, growth, business operations, commercial planning, consulting, revenue strategy, or a related discipline
• Enjoy solving complex business challenges using both data and judgement
• Have a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders
• Are comfortable building forecasts, business cases, and strategic recommendations
• Can balance long-term thinking with practical execution
• Are highly analytical and naturally curious
• Experience evaluating commercial performance, business models, growth opportunities, and investment trade-offs.
• Experience evaluating technology business models and growth strategies.
• Communicate clearly through writing, presentations, and discussion
