Base pay range
: $30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility)

Compensation: $30-$40/Hr. commensurate with experience; full benefits

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support a busy professional household. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys creating and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment. This role requires someone who can manage daily housekeeping, prepare healthy meals, handle errands, and provide general household support with efficiency and discretion. This is a long-term opportunity for an individual who thrives in an active household with high standards.

• Performing full-service cleaning with great attention to detail, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, deep cleaning, and organizing all rooms (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor seating areas).
• Managing household laundry and wardrobe care, including washing, ironing, folding, and proper organization.
• Preparing, planning, and serving nutritious family-style meals, with occasional breakfast or lunch preparation, while accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Keeping the kitchen and pantry clean, stocked, and well-organized.
• Running errands such as grocery shopping, dry-cleaning, post-office visits, and household returns.
• Monitoring household inventory and supplies, restocking as needed, and ensuring general tidiness.
• Able to check that household systems are working properly including; appliances, lighting, plumbing, A/V, and temperature control.
• Coordinating with outside vendors and service providers when necessary.
• Performing seasonal and routine household maintenance.
• Caring for household vehicles, including cleaning, fueling, and ensuring they are ready for use.
• Assisting with basic pet care as needed, must love dogs.
• Providing support for occasional family events and travel preparations.
• Offering help with simple administrative tasks or scheduling service appointments as requested.
• Prepare for and support the family with visiting family and house guests.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a private home.
• Strong cooking skills with an emphasis on nutritious, family-friendly meals.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Reliable, discreet, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate household needs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Fluency in English (other languages a plus).

• CPR/First Aid certified.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps for shopping lists, communication, or calendars.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and household needs.
