Traveling Superintendent

We prioritize professionalism, execution, and on‑time delivery with minimal change orders, operating under the mantras: “Commercial Construction Made Easy,” “Small Projects Big Ideas,” and “No Change Orders Unless The Plans Change.” We provide our traveling superintendents with robust technology and home‑office support and foster collaboration with subcontractors.
Responsibilities- Oversee all field operations, including safety, quality, and coordination of work at the jobsite.
- Supervise all field construction work performed by subcontractors and self‑performed work.
- Share responsibility with the Project Manager for developing project schedules, ensuring the project stays on time, within budget, and meets company policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor assistant superintendents and other field personnel.
- Positive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to develop detailed schedules and coordinate subcontractors while properly sequencing work.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple trades and tasks simultaneously.
- Problem‑solving skills: resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Efficient work under minimal supervision and conscientious attention to detail.
- Read and comprehend construction documents such as plans and specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Commercial construction field experience.
- Direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
- Previous or current commercial construction experience in a superintendent or foreman role.
- Proficiency using personal computer, tablet, and smartphone.
- Ability to read plans and specs.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
- Salary: $95,000.00–$
