• Oversee all field operations, including safety, quality, and coordination of work at the jobsite.
• Supervise all field construction work performed by subcontractors and self‑performed work.
• Share responsibility with the Project Manager for developing project schedules, ensuring the project stays on time, within budget, and meets company policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor assistant superintendents and other field personnel.

• Positive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to develop detailed schedules and coordinate subcontractors while properly sequencing work.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple trades and tasks simultaneously.
• Problem‑solving skills: resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Efficient work under minimal supervision and conscientious attention to detail.
• Read and comprehend construction documents such as plans and specifications.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commercial construction field experience.
• Direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
• Previous or current commercial construction experience in a superintendent or foreman role.
• Proficiency using personal computer, tablet, and smartphone.
• Ability to read plans and specs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.

• Salary: $95,000.00–$
