Role Description

The Construction Engineer will oversee, design, and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, utilizing heavy equipment, conducting inspections, and collaborating with subcontractors and team members to ensure project efficiency and timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance
  • Proficiency in Construction Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Construction Drawings
  • Skilled in conducting thorough Inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for project management and team collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects is an advantage
