Base Pay Range

$94,000.00/yr - $/yr

Annual Bonus and Sign‑on bonus

• Pricing and bidding of construction projects with an ability to price alternative opportunities.
• Understanding construction methods and identifying constructability issues.
• Developing complete and accurate conceptual budgets based solely on a written narrative and/or concept plan.
• Developing and executing value engineering strategies.
• Preparing contractual exhibits for scope of work for subcontractors.
• Participating in the internal estimate review process and assisting with final assembly of estimate presentation for Owner.
• Representing Howell with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Vendors and Subcontractors in a courteous and professional way.
• Building effective working relationships with clients and the Howell project team members.
• Becoming a subject‑matter expert in Preconstruction Best Practices.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred 5+ years of estimating experience.
• Demonstrated experience with ground‑up and conceptual estimates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with commercial, health‑care, advanced industries, corporate interiors projects, and public sector a plus.
