The Superintendent III serves as the senior field leader on complex, large‑scale projects. This role is responsible for overall jobsite execution, safety, quality, schedule, and subcontractor performance from mobilization through closeout. The Superintendent III partners closely with the Project Manager and provides leadership, direction, and mentorship to Superintendents and field staff.

You will lead the jobsite and be accountable for field execution and outcomes.

• Own all on‑site construction activities from start to finish
• Set the tone for jobsite safety and lead regular safety meetings and audits
• Develop and enforce detailed project schedules and sequencing plans
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to meet schedule, quality, and safety expectations
  
  Oversee quality control programs and hold trade partners accountable
• Manage stormwater compliance, inspections, and documentation
• Coordinate inspections with AHJs and resolve deficiencies
• Lead preconstruction, subcontractor, and owner architect meetings
• Maintain accurate daily reports, labor forecasts, and equipment projections
• Oversee commissioning and closeout activities
• Mentor and develop Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field staff
• Maintain professional, productive relationships with owners, inspectors, architects, and trade partners

This role requires staying engaged in the work and stepping in where needed to keep projects moving.

• 10+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent
• Proven success leading large, complex projects valued at $20M+
• Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and schedules
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple subcontractors and field teams
• Experience mentoring and developing field staff
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Bluebeam
• Working knowledge of scheduling software;
  Microsoft Project preferred
• Knowledge of inspection processes and local stormwater regulations
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
