Roofing Project Superintendent (Hourly)

• Supervise commercial and industrial roofing construction projects to deliver on time and within budget, resolve project issues and problems, coordinate between subcontractors and owner operations, ensure specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards, generate reports on project status, and ensure owner satisfaction.

• 5–10 years of experience in built-up roofing systems or 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications, single-ply roofing systems, building construction, and field fabrication of metal work.
• Ability to keep project records and interface with owners, subcontractors, and company management.
• Some travel is required.

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
