Senior Construction Recruitment Specialist

Construction Superintendent position in Denver, CO.

This role is responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and quality standards.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and field personnel.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality expectations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Maintain a safe job site in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Review and fully understand project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Track project progress, provide regular updates, and communicate issues to management.
• Lead daily site meetings and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all project activities.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in multifamily construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and applicable building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget.
• Experience with construction management software is a plus.
