Our Foreman plays a key role in our organization, having exceptional leadership skills, time management, high attention to detail, and performs work safely and efficiently. Foreman oversee and assist, as needed, with both rough and finish carpentry on our jobsites ensuring craftsmanship of the highest quality to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.

DescriptionResponsibilities:

- Champion and comply with all company safety requirements to ensure zero injuries.
- Oversee and assist in all aspects of construction during the life cycle of the project.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the construction crew and subcontractors. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members as needed.
- Accurately read blueprints and project drawings to understand project requirements.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper execution.
- Coordinate with the project team, design team, and/or owner to address challenges and changes, as needed.
- Perform rough and finish carpentry work, including framing, demolition, doors, frames, and hardware, and other tasks as needed.
- Manage and maintain ICRA containments when working on active healthcare projects.
- Inspect work performed by subcontractors to ensure conformance with project specifications.
- In partnership with Field Operations, determine sequence of activities for the project site.
- Identify areas for additional self-perform work on project sites in partnership with Field Operations and Field Operations Leaders.
Required
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Carpenter Foreman or General Foreman on commercial construction jobsites
- Knowledge of how to safely and proficiently use hand and power tools to perform carpentry tasks.
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- OSHA 10 certification
Pay Range: $75,000 – $90,000
