Concrete Foreman - Q3C

We are headquartered in Minnesota, with branch offices in Colorado, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

We are actively hiring a Concrete Foreman based out of our Commerce City, Colorado office. This position requires frequent travel throughout the Denver Metropolitan area.

• Daily supervision of work crew(s) to complete the scheduled work in a timely and safe manner.
• Lead and take responsibility for field operations.
• Ensure crew performs tasks to project timelines and budget.
• Monitor progress against project schedules to management.
• Operate and maintain various sizes of construction equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Understand the fundamentals and dangers within the industry.
• Prior construction knowledge required.
• Understand safety zones while working around equipment such as backhoes, bore rigs, air compressors, etc.

• Knowledge of restoration/concrete procedures.
• 1+ years’ experience directly supervising employees.
• 3+ years working in construction, or the utility distribution industry.

• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
• Standing and walking including primarily on uneven surfaces; turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking, and hearing are required continuously.
• Employees will be subjected to outside weather conditions.
• Employees could be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, cold, heat and humidity.
• The noise level in the work environment can often be loud.
• The employee is frequently exposed to slow‑ or fast‑moving traffic in the work environment.

Q3 Contracting is a drug‑free environment, and all candidates are subject to drug testing.

• $30.72+/hour, depending on experience.
