How You’ll Make a Difference

We are seeing a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our construction crew. The successful candidate will assist in various physical tasks on-site, supporting tradespeople, ensuring site cleanliness, and contributing to the timely and quality completion of our projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including erecting and dismantling scaffolding, barriers, and temporary structures.
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to designated areas.
  • Support skilled tradesmen such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers by supplying tools, materials, and performing assigned tasks.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Perform demolition, excavation, and basic site preparation.
  • Ensure the construction site remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.

What You’ll Need
  • Previous experience in construction or general labor is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, and working outdoors for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Reliable transportation to job sites.
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a team.
