About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors to maintain smooth progress.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, photos, and site records.
  • Review work scope with subcontractors before initiation.
  • Keep sites clean, organized, and secure.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections.
  • Maintain up-to-date site plans and project schedules.
  • Schedule, attend, and pass inspections.
  • Accept, inspect, and document deliveries.
  • Verify work completion before approving payments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Submit daily logs with photos for each project.
  • Maintain updated site plans and schedules.
  • Pass inspections by the third attempt or less.
  • Limit "No Work" days to no more than 2 per month.
  • Conduct and document required quality control checks.
  • Achieve positive feedback from clients and peers.
  • Ensure continuous improvement through professional development.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • OSHA 30 certification or equivalent preferred.
