About the Role:We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors to maintain smooth progress.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, photos, and site records.
- Review work scope with subcontractors before initiation.
- Keep sites clean, organized, and secure.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections.
- Maintain up-to-date site plans and project schedules.
- Schedule, attend, and pass inspections.
- Accept, inspect, and document deliveries.
- Verify work completion before approving payments.
- Submit daily logs with photos for each project.
- Maintain updated site plans and schedules.
- Pass inspections by the third attempt or less.
- Limit "No Work" days to no more than 2 per month.
- Conduct and document required quality control checks.
- Achieve positive feedback from clients and peers.
- Ensure continuous improvement through professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent preferred.
