- Complete quantity take‑offs and internal estimates.
- Thoroughly review and understand project documents, project scope and special requirements for each project.
- Identify and solicit appropriate subcontractor and supplier bids based on project requirements.
- Comprehensive scope comparison to analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals.
- Initiate alternative pricing options including value enhancement opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients.
- Coordinate the project transition from preconstruction and the bid phase to the construction project team.
