• Develop conceptual estimates based on preliminary plans and information.
• Complete quantity take‑offs and internal estimates.
• Thoroughly review and understand project documents, project scope and special requirements for each project.
• Identify and solicit appropriate subcontractor and supplier bids based on project requirements.
• Comprehensive scope comparison to analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals.
• Initiate alternative pricing options including value enhancement opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients.
• Coordinate the project transition from preconstruction and the bid phase to the construction project team.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience living and working in Denver.
• Full‑time employment in the Denver office.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and Procore.
