Roofing Estimator​/Project Manager

Base pay range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

• Develop accurate and complete job estimates.
• Identify project labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Conduct site visits and attend pre‑bid meetings to understand project scope.
• Review and take off of blueprints.
• Solicit bids from subcontractors and gather subcontractor pricing.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids against bid documents and plans to ensure full scope of work is considered.
• Assess subcontractor capability to perform work.
• Calculate costs of subcontract labor, general conditions, and materials.
• Collaborate with clients to help them achieve project cost budget through plan details, alternate materials/finishes and building methods.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and the Pre‑Construction team to maintain relationships with existing clients and subcontractors.
• Produce P&L reports.

• 3+ years experience in commercial roofing estimation.
• Working knowledge of commercial roofing documentation.
• General contracting knowledge.
• Ability to write and review contracts.
• Experience with EDGE estimating software (plus).
• BS/BA in construction, engineering, or business (plus).
• Knowledge of various roof systems, materials, construction processes and theories.
• Ability to identify, correct, and report unsafe conditions according to company and OSHA standards.

Base pay range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
