• Develop conceptual estimates from preliminary plans and limited information.
• Complete comprehensive quantity take‑offs and internal estimates.
• Review drawings, specifications, and special requirements to fully define scope.
• Identify, solicit, and level bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers.
• Perform detailed scope comparisons to analyze proposals.
• Create alternative pricing options, including value‑enhancement opportunities.
• Prepare and present clear, compelling proposals to clients.
• Coordinate smooth transitions from preconstruction/bid to the construction project team.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience living and working in Denver; strong local market familiarity and subcontractor relationships.
• Full‑time presence in our Denver office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; self‑starter who takes ownership and works independently.
