This is an opportunity to join a team that's known for building with integrity, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional projects that help shape the skyline of Colorado.
About the Role
As Senior Superintendent, you'll be the on-site leader responsible for field operations, safety, quality, and schedule performance on complex multifamily developments. You'll manage day-to-day site activity, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure that every phase of construction aligns with project goals and company standards.
This role is ideal for a proven builder who thrives in fast-paced environments, values teamwork, and takes pride in mentoring the next generation of field leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from site preparation through final turnover.
- Lead daily coordination meetings and ensure subcontractors stay aligned with schedule and quality goals.
- Monitor project progress, proactively resolving issues to maintain productivity and safety.
- Manage field documentation including daily reports, schedules, inspections, and punch lists.
- Foster a strong safety culture through consistent enforcement of company and OSHA standards.
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to maintain transparent communication and timely decision-making.
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field engineers, helping to build high-performing teams.
- Represent the company as the lead field professional during client and design team meetings.
- 8+ years of experience in ground-up multifamily or mixed-use construction.
- Proven success managing projects exceeding $30M in value.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
- Deep understanding of safety and quality management principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Plan Grid, MS Project, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to lead large field teams while maintaining a calm, professional presence under pressure.
- Build high-profile multifamily projects that define Denver's urban growth.
- Join a company that values leadership, integrity, and long-term relationships.
- Competitive compensation package with vehicle allowance, bonus potential, and excellent benefits.
- Strong pipeline of repeat clients and steady work across Colorado and the Mountain West.
- Culture that empowers field leaders with autonomy, trust, and respect.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
