RAS XPS, a fast-growing on-demand delivery network specializing in construction and building materials, is hiring an Entry-Level Sales & Delivery Driver.
This is not your typical driving job - it's a hybrid sales and service position where you'll represent RAS XPS in the field, visiting construction supply houses, roofing and flooring distributors, and building material vendors to promote our delivery solutions.
You'll also complete scheduled deliveries using a company-provided van, gas card, uniforms, and PPE - with paid training to ensure you're set up for success.
What You'll Do
- Visit local building supply, roofing, flooring, and construction material companies to promote RAS XPS on-demand delivery services.
- Build new customer relationships and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Safely complete on-demand deliveries to job sites and supply partners.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the RAS brand in the field.
- Track outreach, leads, and deliveries through provided tools.
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or route-based experience (preferred).
- Strong people skills - comfortable walking into a business and starting a conversation.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willing to work Monday through Saturday as business demands.
- Paid training and career development.
- Company van, uniforms, gas card, and PPE provided.
- Career growth into Sales, Operations, or Account Management roles.
- Exposure to top brands in the construction and building materials industry.
