Under the direction of the Construction Manager, the Construction Inspection Trainee assists in a variety of analytical and administrative tasks essential to the successful completion of projects undertaken by the Public Works Department. Projects and tasks will be directly and indirectly related to construction. This position will learn essential construction skills and terminology, including City standards, awareness of materials and tools needed, interpreting plans, identifying defects, and understanding relevant codes and regulations.
This position is entry‑level and a temporary position.
The hiring range is $30.42 - $35.75

High school diploma required. Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License or have ability to obtain within 30 days from the date of hire.
