Position Overview

Place Services, Inc. has an immediate need for a Bid Coordinator in our Denver, CO office. The Bid Coordinator will play a pivotal role in growing our dynamic General Contracting West Region.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting in project budget maintenance and understanding the scope and documents of projects.
  • Supporting project lifecycle management, from initiation to completion.
  • Soliciting, following up, and managing subcontractor quotes and communications.
  • Distributing project plans to subcontractors and nurturing professional relationships with them and PSI's in-house trade divisions.
  • Facilitating project managers through effective coordination, communication with stakeholders, and efficient project support.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of commercial, retail, or grocery construction experience.
  • Experience with Building Connected, Plan Swift, and/or Bluebeam.
  • Exceptional time management, administrative, and organizational skills as you will be working with multiple clients and on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in key software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and PDF editing).
  • A proactive approach to work, with meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to quality.
  • A valid driver’s license, personal transportation, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
