Conduct regular site visits (approximately one week per month, with flexibility based on project needs) to inspect work progress, quality, and compliance.

Provide extended on-site coverage for several weeks at a time when project or operational needs require a continuous management presence.

Lead and oversee subcontractor agreements, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain cost control and contractual compliance.

Identify and mitigate financial risks while promoting cost efficiency and value-driven decision making.

Lead project meetings and provide clear, concise progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and future project opportunities.

Ensure compliance with contract specifications, safety protocols (including OSHA and EM 385), and all applicable security requirements.

Identify project risks and develop practical mitigation strategies to protect schedule, budget, and quality.

Provide mentorship and support to junior project managers and engineers to foster professional growth and strong project leadership.

Report directly to senior construction leadership, delivering timely project updates, risk assessments, and issue resolutions.
